Embroidery is not printing. The design has to be rebuilt stitch by stitch into a file of its own — that step is called digitizing. It is what makes the finished piece lie flat and read cleanly instead of puckering, and it happens before anything reaches the machine.

The artwork becomes a stitch file: every path, density and thread direction set by hand. This is where a clean result is won or lost, and it is done here rather than bought in.
We stitch the first piece and send you photographs. You judge the scale, the placement and the finish on the real garment before the rest of the run starts.
Once you approve it, the rest is stitched and sent. A 50% deposit is required for every product or project before production, by bank transfer or Cash Plus. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery.
